Marine Transfers
Moran Environmental Recovery holds USCG, Mobile Marine Transfer Facility (MTF) permits in thirteen Captain of The Port (COTP) zones along the East Coast. This includes the COTP zones of Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, Mobile, Savannah, Charleston, Hampton Roads, Baltimore, Delaware Bay, Long Island Sound, Boston, Southern New England, and Northern New England.
The MTF allows Moran to provide various "vessel to shore" transfers in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Additionally, the company is equipped with various high volume pumping systems to conduct product transfers on vessels or at marine facilities. Pumping Systems include hazardous environment capabilities, as well as high-viscosity oil applications.
