Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC announces the acquisition of Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc.

Murray, Kentucky – Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC (MER) announced today the acquisition of Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. (Mainstream), a diversified inland and coastal commercial diving business located in Murray, Kentucky. Mainstream is currently in its 27th year of business, and will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under the same name. 

Craig Fortenbery, former owner and founder of the company will serve as Vice President, and continue to oversee operations, proposal development and client relations. Mr. Fortenbery is a highly recognized leader in the industry, and is currently serving as president of the Association of Diving Contractors, International (ADCI).  Mr. Fortenbery stated: 

“The acquisition of Mainstream by MER is a natural fit within their existing organization and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the MER team to continue to grow and develop Mainstream while continuing our long history of providing safe, dependable, quality commercial diving and marine construction services.”
